OK, sorry, I don't have any new pictures of our dog. I hope to get a new camera memory card tomorrow and then I can go picture wild again...but for now I only have 1 new picture of the girls. Olivia cut up (what seemed like hundreds) pieces of paper with her new scissors and they are sitting in the middle of it all. It's her new favorite hobby.

Long time no post...

Well, I haven't posted to our blog in a while. I don't think anyone is even reading it. If you are, leave a comment so we'll know it's not a hopeless cause. :)

We had to make a quick trip to Missouri this weekend. Someone that David knew when he preached there passed away and wanted him to do the funeral. We left Saturday morning around 9 and got back Sunday at 10:30. It was a long trip with the 2 girls, but they did very well considering how far we drove in 2 days!

We're excited for summer to get here (at least I am). It's supposed to get back down to 50's as a high this week. :( Maybe soon the weather will warm up for good for a while!

It has been so pretty the past few days that we were able to go out for a while. Prissy is getting big (as you can see in the pictures). I guess everyone knows that we now have Baby Paden #3 on the way. Due date is October 9th. We should find out in May if it's a boy or girl. We'll see!

This is just some pictures that I took this week. Lulu (my grandmother) got Olivia those pink cowgirl boots. She wears them almost all day long now. The picture below is Madison. When she gets sleepy, she just lays down and goes to sleep wherever she is. I thought this looked funny with her and Casper in the recliner together.

David had his mid-term exams Monday...so this semester is half over for him. He has spring break next week. We're ready for the warm summer weather to get here!!

Sick

It has been a rough weekend and week for us. David had the flu and the girls and I had pharyngitis. Today is the first day that they've been fever-free since Friday. Here's a picture of the almost-well girls. They're glad to be feeling better. And we are too!

Our New Addition

Olivia has been begging us for a puppy since before Christmas. One of my cousins raises Great Pyrenees. She offered the day before yesterday to let us have one, so we couldn't turn it down. These dogs get very big and are really protective of kids, so she's perfect for Olivia and Madison. Olivia named her Prissy.

Pictures

These are just some pictures that I've taken. The first is Olivia and our cookies that we made. If you look closely, you can see that we cut one out in the shape of her hand. They were cute, and Olivia loved making them, but they really didn't taste so good. The second is Madison in her new big girl bed hugging her teddy bear that she sleeps with. She loves her bed now that it's a toddler bed. The only bad thing is that she climbs out of it now and comes in our room to sleep with us!

Oh, ignore Madison in that first picture! haha. She was mad because we weren't letting her have any until we got the picture taken!
